HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
To get started, please complete our customer registration form. Once submitted, our sales team will promptly contact you to guide you through the coffee purchasing process.
We offer two main purchasing options:
– Spot Offers: Currently available coffee lots in our warehouse, ready for immediate shipment.
– Booking/Contracts: Reserve larger quantities from existing stock or pre-order upcoming arrivals for future delivery.

Delivery Options:
We arrange door-to-door shipping—costs added to your invoice after approval.
Damaged shipments? Notify the driver upon delivery and contact us immediately for replacement/claims.

Full Container Loads (FCL):
Need 320 bags (60kg each) shipped directly from Brazil to your facility? We handle end-to-end logistics.
MINIMUM ORDER
1 bag minimum 60kg.
Pallet specs: 120cm x 80cm x 14.4cm (20–25kg), fits 10 bags.
Small-order fee: Releases of ≤3 bags from a single lot incur:

PAYMENT TERMS
For new customers, payment is required in advance for your first three orders. Upon establishing a credit relationship with us, we then offer net 30-day payment terms for subsequent purchases.
